Yasmin Desai - Product Leader
 

I am an experienced product leader managing teams in scale up companies.

I have built multiple product teams, created product visions and set product strategies in all the companies I've worked in. I’m incredibly passionate about hiring, developing PMs and creating the foundation for them to go on and become world class product managers. My approach to product is strategic and sometimes against the grain. Outside of my full time role, you’ll find me teaching courses, helping people to transition their career path into product management.

What am I passionate about?

Product as a discipline.

My mission is to empower people to grow their careers in product management. I strongly believe some of the best product managers are those that come from non technical backgrounds. I’m excited to see the product world develop and encourage companies to allow people to move internally into product and even offer internship and graduate schemes for this discipline.
